Who We Are

The Canadian Army Intelligence Regiment (CA Int Regt) fights for the information necessary for mission success. The CA Int Regt is responsible for the delivery of ground intelligence to meet operational and institutional requirements for the Candian Army (CA) and Canadian Armed Forces (CAF).  Intelligence is a key enabler for all operations and we provide centralized control and coordination of Army Intelligence personnel/resources providing advice/input on intelligence training, capabilities and doctrine development.

Trained to lead

Antigonish, Nova Scotia — Lieutenant Colonel Eleanor Taylor never set out to be a pioneer. What she did want as a Grade Eleven student in 1994 was to find an exciting career. And when she stumbled across a Royal Military College pamphlet in her high school guidance counsellor’s office, her path to becoming a trailblazer in the Canadian Army (CA) was set in motion.

Celebrating a Nursing Sister’s service

Saint John, New Brunswick — International Women’s Day creates an opportunity to highlight the contributions of the many Canadian women who have served, like Marjorie Whitcomb (née Horsnell). Attracted by a sense of adventure, Marjorie joined the Royal Canadian Army Medical Corps as a Nursing Sister in 1949 at the age of 23.
